Legal counsel engaged a collection agency to pursue recovery.the collection agency has determined that there is zero chance of recovery. In accordance with treas. Reg. 53.4945-4(c)(4), the foundation has taken all reasonable and appropriate steps to recover the misused funds, including legal action where appropriate, and has determined that further action would not likely result in recovery. The foundation has maintained all records related to the grant. less
