Our unique process, where we dry entire meals, not just ingredients, imparts the food with the intrinsic texture and flavor you would expect from a restaurant quality meal. Our dryers, originally designed for kiln drying for the lumber industry, are made in Maine by Nyle Systems. After extensive testing, we determined the dryer would be essential for our process. It slowly dries the food, blowing hot air over our trays and then directing the air over refrigeration coils. The coils allow the moisture in the air to condensate, rather than accumulating excess stream. We are seeking funding to increase our production capacity by purchasing more drying equipment. less
